- In July a 3 night minimum stay is required. In August a 7 night minimum stay is required. Other dates minimum 2 nights or full bank holiday.

- Downpayment required of the total price of stay: 40% for stays shorter than 30 nights; 25% for stays equal to 30 nights and 15% for stays over 30 nights.

Send by fax or e-mail the bank transfer or money (because without the receipt , the booking would not be formalized) including: Accommodation type, Arrival and Departure Date, your name, phone number, and email to confirm your booking or for the refund of the advance, receiving your fax there were no availability.
In case of cancellation you will get all or part of your money back:
- 95% back if notified with more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% back if notified between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival.
- There will be no amount of refund, if notified less than 7 days prior to arrival.
